Hence I'm a Mirror.

Humbleness is an important ingredient in possessing a good personality as it transforms the negative energy to positive energy. Having positive energy around us makes our day or life blissful. They acts as the different colors of a rainbow; each color spreads it's own beauty to many souls thus they form the rainbow around us and vice versa. 

These are definitely a dream that everyone would love to live but our world is too advanced that people try to buy the rainbow each for themselves. Everyone knows that this world right now is filled with souls of negative energy of which an important category is jealousy. We have witnesses good, bad and even worst people. So is it possible to live in this world peacefully just by being a good person ?? According to me ,it's unfortunately No.

What I like to be is a Mirror and act according to the people I deal with. Some may like and some may not, never mind because I just reflect what they are and in turn it helps me to screen off the negative souls.What they feel about me is the true reflection of themselves because my character is a mirror that reflects their image. I feel no disappointment when such people go away blaming me but in fact happy to be around with the people who loves me. Be polite to a smiling face, be tough to a rough person and be a lover to the loving ones. A person who is worst or was a worst can live a better life in this world if he chooses to stay good just like an ex-criminal being a police who can easily travel through the mindset or strategies of a criminal ... There is a phrase saying              " It's always good to have a half criminal with a police to crackdown a superior criminal."

Whenever I deal with a bad person, this is the strategy I follow, I think everything worst that I could do if I was in his boots and that provides me the perfect precautions to follow. Never matter whatever situations you are into, always Prepare for the Worst and this would make you very tough to beat.

Unfortunately to live peacefully in this world you need to be a decent bad person. You don't have to make a criminal out of you but can home the skills of a criminal.

Hence I'm a Mirror.

What the symbol OM / AUM Represents..

The symbol Aum has got a very significant meaning. The shape 3 represents the consciousness , the large curve at the bottom represents the normal state of being Awake; the state you are right now. The upper curve stands for Deep Sleep and the curve that starts from the middle of the shape 3 represents the Dream State. These 3 curves are what all the humans possess, but the curve and the dot above makes this symbol significant and thought awakening. The dot at the top represents Absolute consciousness which means being aware of yourself and the surrounding around you. In order to achieve Absolute consciousness you need to have an Infinitely Open mind which is represented by the curve below the dot.

Black Sand Beach:

The black sand is made out of tiny fragments of lava as hot lava enters the water.

Purple Sand Beach :

The unusual color is because of the manganese garnet deposits in the rocks.

Geometric Rock Beach:

A host of bioluminescent phytoplankton scattered across the coastline in the maldives makes this sand glow blue.

Green Sand Beach:

Only 2 beaches in the world have green sand ; Papakolea beach in Hawaii and Talofofo beach in Guam. It's from Olivine Lava.

Glass Beach:

In Fort Bragg, California This was once a major dumping site for Garbage. Once it was cleaned revealed colorful sea glass.

Orange Sand Beach:

The coastline of Ramla bay in the Maltese Islands is a bright orange due to it's high iron content.

Red Sand Beach:

The Red sand is a result of the surrounding Iron-rich black and Red lava rocks left over from ancient volcanic activity.

                           

Sea Shell Beach:

The lack of Predators at shell Beach in Australia and Sanibel Island in Florida make this a Seashell Mecca.

Pink Sand Beach :

Pink sand comes from microscopic shelled animals known as Foraminifera that have a pink or a red shell.

Matha, Pitha, Guru, Daivam.

Dear Folks,

              Matha, Pitha, Guru, Daivam is a very popular Sanskrit phrase in India and very often used in Hinduism as well. It is the order of respect that a person must follow during his life time. 

Matha      - Mother

Pitha         - Father

Guru         - Teacher

Daivam     - God


                  When translated it forms Mother, Father, Teacher, God. Now what this phrase explains is that it is through our mother that we are brought to this world and it's the Mother who points out the Father to the child. They together forms the world for the child and it remains as such through their life. The mother and father shows the Teacher known as Guru and it is the teacher through his / her teachings, points out to the God by lighting the lamp of knowledge within the child. Here God represents consciousness / self-awareness / our real self.

Definitely it is the same sequence through which everyone of us has passed or passing. But the value of respect remains unknown to many. The amount of respect that we all should give to our Mother must be above everything in our life. After parents the next important person in our life is the teacher, it doesn't mean it's just the teacher at school, but the person who teaches you what life is. This would be something that many of the people or the teachers are unaware. Everyone respects God and whom God asks you to respect the most are our Mother, Father & Teacher.  

There is also another phrase that says "Your children would treat you the same way how you treated your parents."

There is an interesting story I still remember which was heard through my father during my childhood days.

The story is a Hindu mythology starring a Father, Mother & two Brothers.

Father            - Lord Shiva

Mother           - Goddess Parvati

1st brother     - Ganesha

2nd Brother   -Karthikeya

  Once Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati received a mango as a gift. Their children both Ganesha and Karthikeya wanted the fruit and they were not ready to share it. This situation left the parents in dilemma and they decided to give them a test: The winner would get the fruit. Agreeing to this both Ganesha and Karthikeya prepared themselves to hear what the test was. Parents announced " The one goes around the world and reaches back first will win the mango". Hearing this Karthikeya immediately set off to encircle the world on his vehicle - a peacock with a smile left to Ganesha. But Ganesha stood prostrated in front of his parents with his vehicle - a mouse. Meanwhile Karthikeya completed travelling a quarter of the world. After a second Ganesha walked around his parents and claimed the Mango. When the parents questioned, Ganesha said " Dear father and mother, you both are everything to me and therefore my world is my Mother and Father. Walking around you both I have gone around the world." Hearing this Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati became extremely happy and gifted the Mango to Ganesha. When Karthikeya returned back after travelling the whole world, he saw Ganesha holding the fruit. Karthikeya couldn't believe what he was seeing and inquired how Ganesha won the Mango to his parents. Being upset on the decision Karthikeya left the home to live alone and meditate at the hills of Palani in Southern India.

Parent's Guide.

Hey Folks, 

                We all know how wonderful the life was when we were kids. We were always under the wings of our parents feeling secured so that the word "Tension" remained unknown for a brief while. Now a days it's even difficult for the kids growing up because the parents are eager in coaching the kids to a level called "Success". Now what does this success mean to a majority of the people ? I'am disappointed to say, it's "Money". It's not a blind statement made out of no where but in fact a sad conclusion after a small research.

 Last week during a small journey I happened to hear a conversation between a small girl with her mother. The kid raised a doubt to her mother asking whether is it right that the money doesn't fall from the sky. The mother politely replied saying that she was right that the money doesn't fall from the sky. And also added that as she grows up she would understand the world much better and work hard to be a millionaire so that she could buy whatever she wanted including a mansion etc. Hearing this I felt little disappointed because childhood is something that would remain in everyone of us as our golden era and our experiences live within us for the rest of our life. Majority of them would have felt satisfied with the mother's guidance for the child but a second thought would be worthy when it comes to the turn on guiding our children. 

Advising someone is not a difficult process unless you are the one seeking advise. Teach your kid about nature first and evolve a relation between the kid and the nature. Teach them to plant a tree and explain how it would help us in future. From the moment the plant sprouts from the seed to a stage where it provides flowers or fruits brings wonder to the kids world of imagination. Teach them that it's easy to destroy but difficult to construct. 

Teach them not to hesitate when it comes to helping others. Teach them to use their strengths not only for their own beneficial but for others who lack in it. It's good to feel happy but it's wonderful to make others happy. 

Teach them that it's a stepping stone to success when you lose fighting hard and there is no shame in failing.

As said in a movie called "3 Idiots" --- Do not run behind success. Run behind brilliance and success will follow.

In short, explain to them that life is wonderful if you know how to live. Study well and work hard to grow up as a good human being in the society. Be a person who cares his family and society like his two eyes. Spread and protect your love right from the nature to every living beings. Being a good and useful human being in the society must be the primary goal and that should define what success means. Just like a tree which grows up providing flowers, fruits and shade.

This can never be achieved if the parents doesn't follow these steps, as every child learns from what the parent does.

At this moment I remember a lesson I learnt at school 
" Abraham Lincoln's Letter to his son's Teacher" Read it, definitely it would inspire you.

He will have to learn, i know, that all men are not true. But teach him also that for every Scoundrel there is a hero, that for every selfish politian, there is a dedicated leader.

Teach him that for every enemy there is a friend.

Teach him that a dollar earn is of more value than five found.

Teach him to learn lose and to enjoy winning. Steer him away from envy if you can.

Teach him the secret of quiet laughter.

Teach him the wonder of books. But also give him quiet time to ponder the eternal mystery of birds in the sky, bees in the sun, and flowers on a green hillside.

In school,teach him to know that it is more honorable to fail than to cheat.

Try to give him the strength on the bandwagon.

Teach him to listen to all men but teach him also to filter all he hears on a screen of truth and take only the good that comes through.

Teach him to close his ears to a howling mob and to stand and fight if he thinks he is right.

Treat him gently but do not cuddle him because only the test of fire makes fine steel.

The Ignition of Happiness

Hey Folks,

              Happiness is a topic that everyone would like to talk about and when it comes to celebrations it´s the best moment to light the lamp of happiness on many people. I have been part of many celebrations since childhood but it took years to me understand the value of a celebration or how to celebrate.

Marriage Functions / Receptions:

This must be the biggest event an individual would conduct during his life time where the person would invite thousands of friends, relatives etc. 

Why this event is largely celebrated ?

It´s the biggest moment of an individuals life where he /she would start the journey of life with a partner. So that the individual wants each and every person that have been part of their life to be present on their biggest occasion and bless them during the ceremony with their prayers. A ceremony of happiness in short. Look below the topic " What really Happens".

Birthday Parties:

The number of Birthday parties that we must have attended would be difficult to count if asked to. I'am writing just about Marriage and Birthday functions since that´s something common people often attends and also these are the functions that´s parent of all celebrations.

What really Happens:

  During Marriage reception people come and goes till late night, they come in talks a bit with the groom/bride, poses for a photo and then goes to drink and eat. While they return I have heard people complaining about the food, richness of celebrations, making fun of the groom/bride or just uses the function in such a way that they don´t have to cook any food that day at home. I would list a few comments I have heard:

1. If the function is rich : Ah, he has got a lot of money and doesn´t know what to do with it, he have arranged a festival.

2. If function is normal : Ah, he has got a lot of money and see how miser he has been in conducting a function of his life. No idea where they would be digging all these money.

3. And a lot of gossips among women about the bride/groom.

4. The food sucked !! The bread was something that required an axe to cut.

  How many of us must have thanked for the invitation ? How many of them would be really happy in celebrating the function. How many of us must have prayed or wished for more success for the person conduting the function by sharing his happiness ? If we opt to conduct a function, do we require these jealousy people out there to spread negative energy ?

How many of us have prayed and blessed a kid celebrating his/her birthday ? Taking a gift to the fuction have been a ritual but to pray for the long life of a kid to celebrate many more birthdays still remain unknown to many. We teaches our kids too the same, just to take a gift for the function for the sake of formality. Have you taught your kids to pray during the function ? Think about it !! Your lack of knowledge is passed to your kids as well. 

Instead of having jealousy people around you, have selected people around you to spread the happiness or organise a party to poor people and children seen outside. Definitely they would pray for your long life and success in future.

I just remember what my father said to me : Feed the starving stomachs to ignite and share your happiness instead of feeding pot bellies. After all think for a second, who would be more happy, the starving stomachs or the pot bellies ?          

               

On your kids birthday or any important function don´t forget to feed the starving stomachs, they would definitely pray and bless your kid and that´s the best gift you can get for your kids as well. And pass this to our future as well.

Feed the starving stomachs to ignite and share your happiness instead of feeding the pot bellies.
